dc.description.abstractOrganizational cynicism is a fact that is present and negative within organizations. In this sense, the present study aims to approach the phenomenon of cynicism in organizations from the study of cynical attitudes composed by cynical ideas, behaviors and emotions on a behavioral scale. The research carried out on an exploration level has allowed to evidence that in Colombia, and particularly in the city of Cartagena de Indias, there is a presence of cynical attitudes by the workers. © 2018.
