dc.description.abstract | La búsqueda local es un modo bien establecido de los motores de búsqueda web hoy en día que hace
entidades georreferenciadas disponibles para la búsqueda. Para la mayoría de los países desarrollados, una
gran cantidad de datos está disponible directamente en la Web y se puede extraer y
procesados por los motores de búsqueda. Los resultados se mapean con gran precisión y, a menudo,
son correctos hasta la granularidad del edificio correcto. En muchos países en desarrollo
países, la cobertura de la Web es mucho menor, sólo poca información es directamente
disponible, y la granularidad puede ser mucho peor, tanto en las direcciones indicadas
o ubicaciones en páginas web y en los datos de origen utilizados en los geocodificadores. Para
desarrollar una búsqueda local que todavía puede proporcionar suficiente precisión, un modo híbrido
debe seguirse un proceso de construcción del índice que identifique e integre otros
fuentes de información geoespacial para aumentar la cobertura. La parte de ubicación
puede ser excepcionalmente difícil, ya que las direcciones imprecisas y la baja granularidad
los geocodificadores no permiten el uso de coordenadas precisas en el mapeo. Nosotros por lo tanto
proponer un enfoque que está diseñado para aumentar la cobertura y la precisión
recopilar y fusionar datos de entidades de múltiples fuentes. Su propósito es
combinar las fortalezas de las fuentes de datos individuales y reducir el impacto de sus
debilidades Usamos el ejemplo del país latinoamericano de Honduras, para
describir el enfoque y las posibles fuentes de datos. | |
