dc.description.abstract | The article presents the design and development of filters (easy to implement in
homes) that have the capacity to eliminate microorganisms and chemical
substances; therefore, they act as handmade water purifiers. It constitutes a
reasonable alternative solution to the problem of contaminated water
consumption, which can be applied in places of low economic resources. | |
