Incidencia de la inclusión tecnológica entre la zona franca de Perú y la zona franca de Bogotá

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como base problemática realizar un análisis en donde se logre evidenciar como dos zonas francas han permitido la inclusión de la tecnología en la principal zona franca de dos países fronterizos, para el caso de Perú se investigará ZOFRATACNA, y para el caso de Colombia será la zona Franca de Bogotá, usando como principal argumento los aspectos, jurídicos, logísticos y económicos que sustenta dicha actividad. La importancia de esta investigación consiste en determinar con precisión la forma como se articulan aspectos de diferente naturaleza en la que confluyen intereses generales y particulares y cuya materialización se refleja en la importancia que tiene para el comercio exterior de cada país.

The present investigation is based on the problem of carrying out an analysis where the evidence is obtained as two free zones have allowed the inclusion of the technology in the main free zone of two border countries, for the case of Peru ZOFRATACNA will be investigated, and for the case of Colombia will be the Free Trade Zone of Bogotá, as the main argument the legal, logistical and economic aspects that sustains this activity. The importance of this research is to determine with precision the way in which aspects of a different nature are articulated in which general and particular interests converge and whose materialization is reflected in the importance it has for the foreign trade of each country. This monograph had as a methodological design a research study, quantitative and descriptive, by crossing the database, making use of this information from different reliable sources to meet the general and specific objectives, to answer the question. Allowing us in this way to conclude with a table where is characterized the use that has had of technology for the realization of activities each one of the free zones object of study.
