Resumen
El siguiente artículo es un análisis de la
importancia del servicio al cliente y los
principales aspectos para tener una
adecuada gestión corporativa del mismo.
El auge y reconocimiento de las
organizaciones en un mundo globalizado
enmarcan un factor diferenciador basado
actualmente en el servicio al cliente, el cual
tiene la capacidad de fidelizar a los clientes
generando lealtad de marca.
La satisfacción del cliente corresponde a un
proceso de experiencia creada durante todo
el transcurso de compra o adquisición del
servicio incluyendo la post venta, según los
autores mencionados se evidenciaron
factores relevantes que se clasificaron en
cuatro secciones de acuerdo al orden
establecido, en primera instancia está el
diagnostico que permite reconocer la
situación actual de la empresa en el entorno
conforme a los procesos establecidos de
atención al cliente; en segunda instancia esta
la proyección y materialización que permite
determinar los elementos fundamentales
para una buena gestión de servicio buscando
siempre potencializar las herramientas para
un adecuado proceso; en tercera instancia
está la diferenciación que es el servicio como
ventaja competitiva y valor agregado ya que
genera una experiencia de marca que
conlleva a la fidelización; por último está el
control y medición que evalúa el nivel de
gestión y satisfacción. The following article is an analysis of the importance of customer service and the main aspects to have an adequate corporate management of it.
The rise and recognition of organizations in a globalized world frame a differentiating factor currently based on customer service, which has the ability to build customer loyalty by generating brand loyalty.
The customer satisfaction corresponds to an experience process created during the entire course of purchase or acquisition of the service including the after sale, according to the mentioned authors, there were relevant factors that were classified into four sections according to the established order, in the first instance it is the diagnosis that allows to recognize the current situation of the company in the environment according to the established processes of customer service; in the second instance, the projection and materialization that allows to determine the fundamental elements for a good service management, always seeking to maximize the tools for an adequate process; in the third instance there is the differentiation that is the service as a competitive advantage and added value because it generates a brand experience that leads to loyalty; Finally, there is the control and measurement that assesses the level of management and satisfaction.
