Manejo de evidencia física de origen balístico en el hospital universitario Erasmo Meoz

Abstract

La presente investigación se realiza con el fin de conocer el manejo referente a la cadena de custodia dado en la E.S.E. hospital universitario Erasmo Meoz de la ciudad de Cúcuta especialmente por el personal de las áreas de quirófanos y urgencias, quienes tienen contacto directo con los casos violentos que tienen conexión con evidencia prueba de origen balístico, obtuvimos conocimiento que el vínculo entre la E.S.E. hospital universitario Erasmo Meoz (HUEM) y fiscalía general de la nación de Colombia (FGN) más exactamente la unidad de reacción inmediata URI era casi nula debido a que ninguno de los dos tomaban la iniciativa de la finalidad de estos elementos, así pues se busca afianzar un poco este nexo realizando jornadas didácticas de conocimiento en relación al adecuado manejo del manual cadena de custodia actualizado.

The present investigation is carried out in order to know the management regarding the chain of custody given in the E.S.E. Erasmo Meoz university hospital of the city of Cucuta especially by the staff of the operating room and emergency areas, who have direct contact with violent cases that are connected to evidence of ballistic origin, we learned that the link between the E.S.E. Erasmo Meoz university hospital (HUEM) and general prosecutor's office of the nation of Colombia (FGN) more precisely the immediate reaction unit URI was almost nil because neither of them took the initiative of the purpose of these elements, so they were looking for strengthen this link a little by conducting educational days of knowledge in relation to the proper handling of the updated chain of custody manual.
