Plan de gestión de inventarios en Plastihogar S.A

Abstract

En este documento se encuentra la problemática de la empresa de Plastihogar S.A. la cual comunicó tener problemas de costos elevados en sus inventarios, por causa de la gran cantidad de productos que tiene y a los tiempos de espera de sus diferentes procesos productivos. Debido a sus valores altos en inventarios, se genera un incremento en sus costos y baja su competitividad frente a los demás competidores que hay en la industria plástica del hogar. Con base en entrevistas realizadas a diferentes personas que informaron sobre la problemática, se genera una investigación donde se estudia las diferentes variables que generan este incremento en sus inventarios y de ésta manera realizar una solución factible para que la compañía baje sus costos en lo referente a inventarios.

This document contains the problematic about PLASTIHOGAR S.A enterprise, who communicated high cost problems with them inventories, and the cause is de great quantity of products that have and the waiting times of them different productive process. Due them high inventories values, increases the cost and decreases them competitively against the other home plastic industry’s contenders. Based on the testimony of people who informed about the problematic, it generates an investigation that study the different variables that generates this increment in them inventories and by this way be able to realize a feasible solution for the company could set down them cost respect them inventories
