Resumen
The insertion of the LGBTIQ + community has been studied in various parts of the world, however, although issues such as rights regarding their defense are normally taken into account, labor insertion has been neglected; For this reason, through this research it was possible to establish the perception of workers in various organizations in relation to the labor insertion of the LGBTIQ + community. The research was carried out under a social constructionist epistemological framework, given the importance of recognizing the experiences of the participants, the work dynamics that each one has lived, and thus, as the collection of information is carried out through semi-structured interviews to then expose the stories of the participants in matrices that allow the discourse analysis technique to be carried out. Otherwise, an initial sample of four participants was established, which had the following characteristics as a reference: two of the participants were not part of the community, one had to know a job placement program and the other had not; In contrast, the next two participants were from the LGBTIQ + community, one did not know of an insertion program and the other, being part of the community, had entered their workplace through a program. Thus, during the investigation it was concluded that social patterns are maintained that limit access to the community's employment context, due to the fact that it was difficult to obtain the account of one of the participants of the community and that it was part of a program of insertion, since if he made his sexual orientation known, patterns of workplace harassment could be generated, preferring to refrain from commenting on his experience.
Therefore, the common perception of the proposed participants is that job placement for the community should be a spontaneous act that minimizes rejection of sexual orientation, as long as no special programs arise that promote double discrimination.
