Parental Alienation or SAP: is a set of symptoms, which occur in children, when a parent, through different strategies transforms the consciousness of children in order to prevent, hinder or destroy their links with the other parent. In other words, to put the children against the father or mother, as the case may be. Usually, this phenomenon is triggered by one of the parents with respect to the other, after a divorce or separation process. It can also be caused by a person other than the custodian of the child (the new couple, one of the grandparents, an uncle, etc.). Even cases have been observed within couples who maintain their bond, although they are less frequent. In summary, we are faced with a panorama where the family intermingles as a value and the family as a concept, where the family is still the protagonist of the upbringing and development of the human being. The crisis of the family institution, specifically the matrimonial crisis and the right to family changes from space and from time is essential for an adequate interaction between diverse states that are immersed in this, say, “family dynamics.
