dc.description.abstract | In the following article, the phase change materials used energetically are analyzed, taking into account that at present the materials or construction systems are evolving, with an objective which is to improve the efficiency of nearby buildings with better quality and technology. . This review article shows the study of the potential of these materials, including the characteristics of said materials, the need for high thermal measurements, the purpose of which is to be able to carry out laboratories of physical, chemical characteristics, mechanical and thermal properties, their compatibility with other materials. , durability, etc ... The research is expected to achieve practical and favorable results, which can be of investigative use for future practices; in order to generate another alternative such as the thermal supply in the materials. Which is generated during the phase change; performing energy transfer, thermal storage and performance that is incorporated into the useful life of buildings, being used with such materials. Since it will be an important change and an environmental impact. Within this research framework, it is expected to design different tests in laboratories for phase change materials and thus obtain different results and identify with each detail to arrive at the best application and benefit. of its components. This new construction model that is proposed to be used today; It has been compared with others, which has the great advantage of being a renewable energy, which can meet the needs, friendly with the environment and be architecturally integrated in prefabricated systems.
