A los demás sólo en parábolas... (Lc 8,10b): la parábola de la dracma perdida en la enseñanza de Jesús de camino a Jerusalén según San Lucas.

Abstract

This monograph presents an exegetical - theological study of the pericope of the lost drachma (Luke 15:8-10), an exclusive Lukan text. Therein begins the structure of Luke’s Gospel, which allows knowing that the location of the short tale is found in the context of Jesus’ rise to Jerusalem. This section has a pedagogical aim for his disciples and followers. The teaching of Jesus, presented by the hagiographer in the manifested section is carried out mostly by parables, so that, it allows seeing the elements and difficulties of some inhabitants from Palestine who followed Jesus during the first century, also some communities that wish to be enlightened by Christ’s preaching. The lost drachma parable, the purpose of study in this work, responds to the reality of exclusion by pharisees and scribes to the publicans and sinners. Through the analysis of this parable, different elements of the Palestinian culture in Jesus' time are discovered, these help to understand the text and to recognize the attitudes of mercy towards who consider themselves sinners. Finally, from the elements found, some elements are given to enlighten the pastoral work in the current context, giving to the pastoral agent some reflection elements.
