dc.description.abstractThis business practice takes place in the Oleoflores S.A.S business group, a company that begins its functions from the very beginning of agribusiness in Colombia, at the beginning of the last century, in 1975 more exactly. This company focuses its activity on the industrial processing of the Oil Palm planted in the Farms and in the region to produce crude palm oil, palm kernel oil, olein, palm kernel cake, stearin, fatty acids, refined oil that is distributed with The trade name of Oleoflor Oil and Biodiesel, it should be noted at this point that currently 60% of the sales of the G Group are managed by Biodiesel and the food and bulk lines are sold directly. The Grupo Empresarial Oleoflores SAS is an admirable organization in the Colombian countryside, not only because it is the national leader in palm cultivation, but also because it was one of the pioneers of the association projects with palm farmers to seek a level of excellence in final product, being its business concept: Grow in the diversity of the Oil Palm. In 2007, the company was the first producer of Biodiesel in Colombia. The Group currently processes 405,000 tons of RFF / year and expects to produce 800,000 tons of RFF / year in the medium term. The year passed guaranteed 95,000 tons of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) of its own for its industrial processes of both food and Biodiesel. The dependence on the sustainability of the Group is largely due to its work and not to external agents. The Group is made up of five companies: Oleoflores S.A, Promotora Hacienda las Flores, María La Baja Extractor, Catatumbo Extractor and Catatumbo Oils and Fats. The company has its administrative headquarters in the city of Barraquilla, Atlántico, with address at Carrera 58 # 64-82 Barrio El Prado and its industrial plants are distributed as follows: Extraction plant in María La Baja, Bolívar, Hacienda las Flowers in Codazzi Cesar where the fruit is produced and part of the extraction and refining and production of Biodiesel is carried out and another Extraction Plant is in operation in Tibú, North of Santander. This report evidences all the work done from the Financial Planning area from where the most important decisions for the development of the company are taken and also issues that involve most of the group's areas are handled.
