El error de tipo en el acaparamiento

Abstract

This article analyzes the error, its definitions and consequences, and more specifically, the results of acting under this figure in the crime of hoarding. It begins with the characterization of hoarding as an economic crime that protects a certain social economic order, then it continues with the analysis of this crime as a “blank” criminal offense and the non-penal provisions to which it refers, all this to finally identify the differences between the criminal offense as written in the criminal code and the non-penal law, that may lead the actor to act under error.
