Abstract

The Technical Cooperation Office was created in 2012 through decree 0460 attached to the Administrative Department of Planning of the Governorate of Meta, office responsible for advising, managing and coordinating with national, public and private entities, international organizations, technical and financial resources for support the management of the Department and its municipalities, as well as follow up on cooperation projects present in the territory. Therefore, in the following report, the activities that were carried out during the practice time in the Technical Cooperation Office will be socialized, such as; realization of technical sheets Mapeo, compilation of good practice information, organization and preparation of agendas of different events and their participation, making quotations for missions, follow-up to the collaborations of the USAID programs with the secretaries and support for the formulation of projects in order to request resources for the Office for the year 2019.
