¿Hacia una nueva esquematización de la parte especial del código penal colombiano?

Abstract

The present work of degree lays the foundations that point towards a new schematization of the special part of the Colombian penal code taking as reference the neo constitutionalist theses that guide the Colombian constitutional system, the approaches made from the school guarantee of criminal law with regard to what to prohibit, the origin, evolution and current application of the concept of legal good in criminal matters, the different areas of application of the principle of non bis in idem and the theory of the unity of action and plurality of crimes.
