Resumen
The objective of this monograph was to analyze a set of stories of women displaced women, victims of the armed conflict in Colombia, who, through their practices culinary traditions, reconfigure their cultural memory, their collective identities and notions of territory. For this, three women located in the neighborhoods of Santa Librada and Alfonso López in the town of Usme and the border between Ciudad Bolívar and Soacha, known such as Cazucá, for being these places of arrival of thousands of people displaced by violence Internal in Colombia. The research had a qualitative character and went to the methodology biographical-narrative, particularly life history. Among the main foundations highlights the kitchen as a means to heal, support and rebuild community; the construction of imaginaries about Bogotá; the domestic role as part of a cultural phenomenon and the conflict
