Resumen
The teaching-learning of natural sciences, especially environmental education in Colombia and in each of our regions is decontextualized, since these pedagogical processes do not take into account the cultural and eco-systemic diversity of each particular place, thus, it is necessary to transform the teaching methods to give participation to the communities and take into account the characteristics that make them unique. This research is looking for through the application of the PLE (Personal Learning Environment) where, through ICT, we seek to generate those spaces and those digital tools that allow the teacher to relate the knowledge imparted in the classroom in environmental education with the knowledge and traditions of the community, taking into account that the institution where this research is going to be developed will be the one in which we are going to develop this research. The institution where this research will be developed Instituto Agricola from Pueblo Bello, Cesar; It is immersed in The Arhuaco community in La Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta where 56% of the students belong to this ethnic group and most of them do not feel identified with the teaching models, EPA gave them the opportunity to perceive that their knowledge and skills are taken into account in the learning of natural sciences and environmental education.
Despite the pandemic and the isolation experienced in 2021 and 2022, this proposal has the advantage that it can be applied from virtual learning at home.
