Caracterización de los factores familiares de protección y riesgo de los adolescentes asociados con actividades delictivas

Abstract

This work carries out a literature review, which aims to interpret family concepts associated with juvenile delinquency in young offenders. For this, the literature search between the year 2009 and 2019 was carried out, of which 50 articles were selected that met the inclusion criteria by applying the respective filter “Juvenile and family crime”. An analysis of the established categories was carried out, as a result the importance of the different protection and risk factors was found, although there is no direct relationship between factor and crime detected in predictors to mitigate or prevent criminal behavior in young people.
