Objective: To describe the clinical process of the placement of the Rich Plasma in fibrin (PRF) and its possible effect on the process of bone healing after Periradicular Surgery, estimated in bone changes in patients of the Colombian Dental Federation, evaluated by CT scan Cone (CBCT). Method: A case report was made in three patients who attended the IPS of the Colombian Dental Federation. Periradicular Surgery and application of fibrin-rich plasma (PRF) was performed in the surgical area; subsequently, they were monitored by CBCT in 2 different periods to evaluate bone changes and clinical controls were performed to observe soft tissue healing. Three clinical cases are reported with teeth with complete root formation without previous surgical interventions whose evaluation of bone changes was performed quantitatively with measurements of perimeter, height, diameter and depth. Results: In the tomographic measurements a total or partial decrease in height, depth and length of the bone defects was obtained in each control, compared with the initial tomography of each patient; In the clinical controls, an adequate soft tissue healing process, an attenuated inflammatory response and a reduction in postoperative pain were observed. Conclusion: Fibrin-rich Plasma as an autologous biomaterial has been used in Periradicular Surgery as an adjunct in the tissue regeneration process and seems to accelerate and improve the healing process of injured tissues.
