Abstract
The business model COGNIOS is oriented to create a space where kids will develop themselves fully in terms of cognitive,emotional and motor skills through sports, leisure and experiential education where the game is going to be the main pedagogical tool. The market segment that COGNIOS is aiming for is to parents and their children between 5 to 13 years old, who are located in areas between 4,5 and 6 social strata in Bogotá, Colombia in Usaquen. The aim of the project is to create a company that helps all children's learning development processes in educational stages as pre school and middle school, through strategies like educational leisure and sports.
Likewise, through the financial evaluation it was determined that the TIR is 39,43% in the first year letting investor know that COGNIOS is economically feasible, that is backed with the commercial strategies COGNIOS has, where it pretends to attract and retain customers through the distribution channels to obtain a massive response from customers.
