Abstract

The main objective of this book is to highlight two relevant processes during 2019 in the ninth and tenth semester, as the first stage, to demonstrate the execution of the Medellín project, in the La Candelaria neighborhood, La Balladera sector. An exhaustive analysis of the lot and its environment is carried out, observing its weaknesses, strengths and opportunities, in order to generate a project that establishes, interacts and potentializes an area of great importance for the city, also providing housing, new commercial and a reorganization of the existing industry. As a second stage, we intend to share some of the experiences that were carried out as a practitioner in the UdeB Architects office, with the Architect Felipe Uribe de Bedout, allowing me to participate in different projects at the level of basic idea and blueprint, intervening from planimetry, modeling in 3D, models, photography, general and specific designs up to renders and their edition.
