Abstract

For this project, we will give a summary of the history of the lion food bank, how the food bank works, then we will focus our attention on the lion food bank, explain its operation, types of activities and how is the current structure. Once the comparison of the food banks of Leon was made, a series of ideas will be evaluated and given in order to improve the management of the Leon food bank, which will greatly help solve these problems.

The main idea that has to validate the operation in the food bank and see how this food bank has a cooperation with the agricultural sector, regarding the realization of educational and productive projects in the Colombian countryside, made me see the great flaw that the food bank of Leon has today, so the idea that is being implemented is to copy this management system in order to generate new spaces that allow the development of knowledge of the agricultural sector and in turn power To cover the needs that exist in the state of Leon (Mexico), in this series of suggestions one thinks about an implementation, either short or long term.
