The project is based on the search of architectural and bioclimatic solutions that allow an adequate management and transformation of the solid waste generated in the city of Chiquinquirá and neighboring municipalities, where there is currently no efficient collection and disposal service. garbage. Supported in the plan of integral management of solid waste of the municipality, the 'project is aimed at the collection of inorganic waste in 100%, which will be transformed into raw material, and organic in 20% being transformed into composting to benefit the agricultural profile of the department of Boyacá and the western region. The company name is also a fundamental part of the proposal, since it is considered a sustainable project, so that, within the project, center of education, commerce, transformation and awareness about the problems surrounding the residuous generation. Taking into account the processes of transformation of each material and the demands of its treatment according to the Technical Regulation of the Potable Water and Basic Sanitation Sector in Colombia, zoning, diagrams and designs, spaces that meet the requirements of the process, being a building considered to be highly functional, not only because of the manipulation guidelines that govern it, but also because factors such as: materiality, accessibility, spatiality and technologies in its construction are an important factor in the design and the bioclimatic proposal that potentiates the sustainable vision of the project. This is how the project work was completed, being an interdisciplinary project, which allowed a greater impact and a better analysis of the processes and results of the proposal, not only architecturally and functionally, but environmentally, economically and socially; although due to the magnitude of the project several assumptions were made, its academic development was aimed at real factors that make it a truly viable, buildable and sustainable project in the future.
