Resumen
The present investigation has as objective to understand the narratives that are
configured in intervening agents around the attention of cases Child Sexual Abuse (ASI) in the
city of Villavicencio. This study is based on the qualitative methodology, appropriating the
hermeneutic method and making use of the strategy of conversational scenarios, giving way to
the categorical analysis of the emerging narratives in the application of the strategy, in this way
the participants of the research were three agents interventors of the Center for Integral Attention
to Victims of Sexual Abuse (CAIVAS-ICBF), which had different professions: lawyer,
psychologist and social worker.
The results of the research made visible dominant and alternative narratives around the
categories of analysis: intervening agents, ASI, Institution. The conclusions acknowledged that
the attention processes in the cases of ASI are the attention functions that are carried out in the
legal framework, the other part highlights the importance of recognizing the particularities of
each system at the same time, this way, the self-reference recognizing emotional relationships as
transforming agents. Relationship with the understanding of the ASI, perseveres the vision of the
phenomenon as the coital act and its greater occurrence at the intrafamiliar level, for which the
importance of the culture of denunciation and prevention is highlighted, in agreement, the family
is understood As problematic and dysfunctional, however, it refers to the capacity for change and
the transformation that these same. Finally, the category recognizes shortcomings in
interinstitutional relations, in addition, the importance of interdisciplinary work and the processes
of self-organization at an institutional level can be seen to favor the attention of the ASI.
