The present research aimed to identify the relationship of mobbing in telework and its consequences at a physical and psychological level in relation to occupational hazards in formal organizations. This was carried out through a hermeneutical study for the interpretation and inference of the findings found throughout the research process, through a documentary analysis developed in two phases, exploratory and descriptive, to select the pertinent texts for the present study, referring to authors such as Leymann, Hirigoyen, Einarsen and Piñuel and Zabala when talking about the concept of mobbing, as well as texts from previous research on teleworking, in the same way that the legislation governing both concepts was included. Following this, the presence of this phenomenon in teleworking was investigated, since it is a modality that meets the characteristics of a normal job and mobbing appears as one of the psychosocial risks that has negative effects on a physical and psychological level. in the teleworker and in organizations. Finally, it was concluded that mobbing can occur in telework, generating consequences that overlap the benefits of this modality, affecting different dimensions in the lives of workers, bringing repercussions in the future.
