Estudio y análisis de la selección de un modelo de computación en la nube y la viabilidad de su implementación para los servicios de comunicaciones administrativas en la armada nacional de Colombia

Abstract

With advances in the field of information and communication technologies, there have been important developments for the services required by an organization, such as the so-called cloud computing, which offers great benefits and utilities in ICT services, and that different companies and organizations such as the National Navy of Colombia to have high quality IT services, availability, security and interoperability, without owning a technological infrastructure of their own, operating in a service demand model, reducing the excess of Resources and addressing the shortage of provisioning of IT services [1]. The purpose of this work is to present the result of a diagnosis of technical and functional requirements of the administrative communications services of the National Navy, using as guidance the methodology for diagnosing IT services defined in the IT Architecture Reference Framework of MINTIC [2], as well as the state - of - the - art of the different models of cloud computing, and traditional models of client - server IT services, detailing strengths and weaknesses of each one, describing doing the Technological prospective, that allows to determine the viability of implementation for the administrative communications services in the National Navy of Colombia. For the feasibility study, the multi-criterion AHP decision-making method is used and validated through a sensitivity analysis using Expert Choice software
