Un cambio progresivo

Abstract

In recent years the Turbo municipality has faced a process of change and restructuring of its territory in which several projects have been proposed to promote an important development of the city with the aim of improving the conditions in which it is currently located. the population, presenting within its development plans the implementation of educational, sports equipment, embankments, improvements in infrastructure, among others. But not a center specifically aimed at the female population that has been violated by groups outside the law.

That is why the Center for the Development and Empowerment of women is proposed to be a protagonist in the process of change that the municipality is facing now and in the future. Presenting educational, recreational and cultural spaces that are integrated by means of a vacuum and as a public space towards existing facilities and uses, thus being a totally complementary and articulated project to the territory.
