Estudio de factibilidad para la puesta en marcha de un Centro de Diagnóstico Automotor (C.D.A) en el Municipio del Socorro Santander

Abstract

Determining the feasibility of a project turns out to be a useful instrument when the interested investors take their decisions, since the determining variables about the feasibility of a business are determined and developed. The present study, develops a market study that allows to identify the potential market, the level of acceptance and the micro and macro- localization of the implementation of a CDA in the municipality of Socorro, Santander; also the technical study with the necessary conditions regarding lands, facilities and required machinery as well as the basic profiles for the personnel. Consequently, in the legal study the normative compilation of mandatory fulfillment for this kind of establishments of inspection takes place. The administrative study presents the organizational structure suggested with the profiles and functions to develop inside the future organization; finally the financial study is presented where the value of the initial investment is shown, the fixed costs and the variables of the operation, the present net value, the internal rate of return, the annual balance point projected and a sensibility analysis.
