        Resumen
        The present work was framed within the research line "Psychology, subjectivities and identities", which aimed to understand the narrative construction of identity in Generation Z youth and its relationship with the construction of past situations experienced as critical, in order to know how family relationships, social networks, video games and communication contributed to this identity process during crisis situations. The paradigmatic and epistemological bases that sustained this degree work were complex thought, systemic theories, constructionist and constructivist views, the bases of second order cybernetics and the ontology of language. Therefore, the methodology used for the research process was the qualitative research of second order, where reflective conversational scenarios were made, with four young people belonging to Generation Z. These scenarios allowed us to know how these young people build their identity in the midst of the crisis and what are the issues at stake during this process, both those initially raised and others that emerged in the conversations. Based on the above, the categories proposed to achieve this objective were: the narrative construction of identity and past situations experienced as critical. The subcategories were: family relationships, social networks, video games and communication. Additionally, the emerging categories were: support networks, personal principles and values, coping strategies and experience. This allowed us to recognize the important elements for Generation Z that are part of their identity construction, deconstructing and resignifying them. Through the above, we were able to understand how dynamic identity is, not only in offline spaces but also online, with a powerful capacity for reconstruction and reconfiguration at different times of the life cycle, which connects with the uniqueness of each life story. The crises, which transcend the negative plane, feedback the process of construction of the previous phenomenon, contributing to the experience and narrative of each subject, new coping strategies, resources, skills, among other elements, that help forge the definition of oneself.
