Estudio Patológico de las Casas AU Barrio Las Aguas en La Ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

This integrated professional work is about of the realization of the AU Houses pathological study, it is a series of colonial houses located in the Las Aguas neighborhood in the expanded historical center of the city of Bogotá, of these houses the exact date of building; However, a property division in the 19th century can be deduced thanks to the plans and historical aerial photographs; its materiality is typical of the time, adobe walls, wood roof with clay tile and wood carpentry, said study is done in order to make an adequate pathological diagnosis, an intervention proposal supported by the analysis of the financial component, programming, budget and maintenance manual in order to promote its improvement, updating giving it a longer useful life for the benefit of the owners and consolidating the character of the sector of cultural interest. Recovering all that history and updating it so that it is remembered and valued, as well as Carrying out a descriptive work on that history is a very important reason for the realization not only of the pathological study but also to compensate a little for that bad treatment of properties that should, due to their trajectory in history, occupy a relevant place in our country.
