Resumen
An academic reflection is presented, which addresses the multiple implications in the lives of children and adolescents (NNA), in their integral development when they have been victims of the scourges of forced recruitment; the department of Meta, located in the eastern plains of Colombia, has been and continues to be a frequent context for the commission of this crime against humanity in the person and humanity of children and adolescents; Being necessary and justifiable the attention and permanent and intense work of the eradication and visibility of these serious crimes, violation of Human Rights and the violation of the crime of recruitment against NNA, classified as serious violations of Human Rights and IHL. For this reason, it is reiterated that the urgency of psychosocial actions, consistent public policies and the intervention of the State and its Institutions are urgent in order to prevent this atrocious practice of crimes against children and adolescents, which are protected by the "International Convention of the rights of Children ”, which is mandatory for the Colombian State as it has been ratified and is now binding as a State party to this International Instrument. Being the effective tool to prevent the life and integral development of our children and adolescents from being transformed and their freedom limited, interrupting their dreams by actors from irregular groups, where the neglect and absence of the State have allowed the force and action of groups. outside the law
