Resumen
The llanera culture, especially the one located in the foothills, has been historically framed by a diversity of customs that include oral traditions, dances, music, beliefs, legends, among others, that are typical of the idiosyncrasy of this region. This llanera culture has been underestimated or relegated from the rest of the country's cultures, generating the need to rescue all this so beautiful and heterogeneous legacy. All this has been very positive because the llanera culture is becoming more extensive and participatory at national and international level; However, there are aspects that are in the process of improvement, such as the rescue of these same experiences and their forms of cultural manifestation, an example of this are artistic skills such as crafts and instruments for their creation, costumes, gastronomy, fieldwork, history compiled and experienced through the visual and written, and culture in all its essence. Given the above, and with the aim of promoting the appropriation and development of these llaneras customs, it is based on the intention of proposing a general project based on a partial plan, which leads to a comprehensive improvement of urban renewal, change of road profiles such as urban ring or diagram and public space with a boardwalk integrating the Cravo Sur river and a linear park with the intention of creating an ecological lung for the city of Yopal from north to south.
