Las Nuevas Formas de Familia en Colombia, los Aportes Desde el Derecho Constitucional

Abstract

Over the years the patriarchal model of the family has evolved into different types of families, leaving behind the traditional family, entering into the recognition of all possible forms of families, and may be constituted by people with natural, legal, solidarity and even without having any link, as we have seen in the one-person family. This article will show that although to date there is no explicit regulation in Colombia by the legislative branch, through which the family legal perspective is modified, the Constitutional Court has begun to intervene and solve the difficulties that may arise. they have been introduced to the new forms of family in Colombia, giving them a special constitutional protection and equating them with the traditional one, granting them all the corresponding benefits.
