Resumen
The following article will study the efficiency of the artificial intelligence algorithm called “CHARMANDER” and the results it generates in the purchase and sale of shares of Alphabet Inc.; better known as Google, a company in the communication services and internet industry sector (Yahoo, 2021). Artificial intelligence has evolved all sectors of the world economy, making more efficiently, among other things, investments in financial markets such as stock exchanges. Neural networks are the basis of artificial intelligence (AI), they arise from the study of the human brain and have a structure similar to the neurons of a brain. "These networks try to computationally simulate the brain's powers of thought and reasoning, in order to solve common problems related to the recognition of shapes, patterns, predictions, classifications and optimizations, among others" (Peso, 2005, p. 7). The artificial neural network algorithm will be implemented in different time frames. In other words, the same system will be applied in candles of 5, 15, 30 and 60 minutes. Each of these temporary ones generates completely different results, since it shows the maximum and minimum price differently in each time frame, completely
influencing the decision-making to open a trade in the market.
