Resumen
Based on the identification of the problem of intrafamily violence in Colombia and particularly in the department of Putumayo, and the reiteration of this crime by the aggressors and the recognition of its possible consequences such as femicide, this research aims to analyze the psychosocial effects of the implementation of the care route by the Family Police Station of the municipality of Mocoa - Putumayo on women who have been victims of domestic violence repeatedly, based on a descriptive study that includes three systematic stages: i) Theoretical-legal foundation, ii) empirical foundation and iii) communication of the results, which respectively use the techniques of documentary analysis, case studies and legal hermeneutics whose collection instruments would be in their order: synthesis matrix and semi-structured interview.
The main results indicate 2 types of psychosocial effects in the care path; on the one hand, those of exposure to prolonged events of violence (anxiety, depression, use and abuse of SPA, affective dependence, etc.) and, on the other, the effects of the process per se (frustration, stress, anxiety, anger, helplessness etc.).
