        Resumen
School coexistence is an important and essential part of education, therefore from the educational centers it must be formed not only in the cognitive part, but in the emotional aspect and in living with the other, understanding and accepting their differences. Based on this, we seek to establish the progress of coexistence based on the application of strategies, such as Covey's habits in the project of teachers' lives in the COOPTEBOY School. To develop this research, the topic to be identified was identified, a documentary review for the structuring of the project, followed by the design and application of the instruments necessary to meet the established objectives and finally the analysis of the results obtained. The instruments were applied to students from sixth to eleventh grade and high school teachers from COOPTEBOY College. It was found that school coexistence is optimal in some courses especially those of sixth, seventh and eighth, from the ninth, problems of coexistence are evident, especially due to misunderstandings and divergence of opinions among students. With respect to the application of Covey's habits in the project of teacher life as a strategy to improve school life, it was observed that teachers applied those that directly involve the student and it was a methodology that allowed teachers to clarify their personal goals and in his teaching work.
