This guide summarizes the experience of the labor practice carried out in Chubb Seguros de Colombia, a practice lasting six months throughout which several activities were carried out in the area of financial lines, where I had the opportunity to improve my skills, strengthen my skills, acquire knowledge and align my professional profile to face real life. It also summarizes the guidelines of the company in which it was developed, the functions performed, the adaptation and the cycles of activities in the company, finally, an improvement plan for financial lines is presented that consists in the improvement of operational efficiency in the execution activity of the production line of the line, a tool that collects the history of the accounts managed in the area, with important information for monitoring. The purpose of this table is to keep an absolute control of the maturities (policies) that are handled month by month, to comply with the strategic plan of the line and with the monthly closing complying with the agreed figures. Currently the production chart is handled in an Excel as a normal chart, with a basic design and a very manual handling, which is one of the responsibilities of the line practitioner, as the chart is very manual, the mistakes made in the completion of the information are high and the accuracy of figures is not very good, in addition, you must tap (Verification of information one by one) daily every month which decreases time management and work performance apart from decreasing the possibility that the Practitioner acquires new knowledge in other areas taking advantage of more time saved. It is proposed the development of an Excel and Access tool that allows a better management of the activity, in less time and greater efficiency; where subscribers, customers, and therefore an improvement in the presentation of results to the management of the line are benefited.
