In the accomplishment of this project it is possible to find and demonstrate the advance and the development of the quality policies in Colombia, more specifically in the entities of the State, policies like the Standard Method of Internal Control known by its Spanish acronym MECI 1000:2014. In this occasion the project that developed presents the planning and development of the Institutional Plan of Formation and Training also the Program of Induction and Re - Induction in Lebrija's Municipal Mayoralty which is crossing a process of update of the norm, these two factors belong to the Component “Human Resource” of the structure MECI 1000: 2014.
The plans of formation and training represent a vital component for the organizations since thank to these, the entities can offer quality service to the beneficiary guaranteeing the continue learning and improvement of the civil servants in the pursuit of a positive change for the organization. Of the same way and linked in a permanent way, a program of Induction and Re-induction turns into an excellent way to present the organization to the new civil servants and feed back the ancient civil servants providing information as the vision, mission, institutional values, organizational structure and other generalities of the organization, this generates in the case of the civil servants who come to the institution they know the strategic direction of the entity, team work and the responsibilities that they will have from now on.
