Degree work that is proposed to determine the way in which PEGR are developed in educational institutions with early childhood and the influence of a manual prepared to guide the implementation of these school plans as well as adaptation to the context of early childhood ( 3 to 5 years). The development of this research is carried out in three educational institutions (Hacemos el Mundo, Jardín Rodriguito and Colegio Parroquial San Pedro Claver), where information is collected through different instruments such as the diagnostic matrix on risk management of educational institutions with early childhood, expert judgment, surveys and field journals that allow analyzing the impact generated in the educational community in terms of education, prevention and infrastructure for risk management.
