Aproximación conceptual de la buena administración en Colombia

Abstract

Good Administration arises as a tool that in a certain way seeks to adequately regulate the actions of the State against the individual, that means, its acts are directed adequately towards the citizen, however, we cannot affirm that this is a tool miraculous that contains all the solutions that have been sought for a long time, but if it’s possible to know in depth its essence and give space to new orbits not only from the legal point of view. Therefore, it is necessary to study this figure within the State institutions, from the perspective of liquid modernity, and what are the scope of this figure in relation to the citizen, who lives under a perception of mistrust in the Government. The analysis of these figures must be done in context and under parameters provided by the norm to make it possible for the democratic structures of the State to be related, but at the same time with the aim of maintaining their independence.
