Human rights through history have achieved great sieges by constant struggles, events that have been fundamental in the development of human societies and that have allowed to recognize and validate ideas that conquered what we know today as human rights, reasons why it is important to focus our attention to educate ourselves on human rights.
It must be added that the importance of educating ourselves in human rights through training is everyone's responsibility, since those who acquire knowledge have the right to demand that their human rights be respected, but also have the responsibility to respect, guarantee and protect the same.
That is why in the development of practice I, the objective was to generate training and training strategies in Human Rights, in order to prevent the possible occurrence of violations of human rights, hence, the objective of practice II was to present a curriculum for the development of competencies in the public servants of Migration Colombia through the completion of a Diploma in Human Rights in the migration context, the program was based on raising awareness and encouraging recognition of respect, promotion, protection and guarantee of human rights.
On the other hand, the question of personal reflection for the systematization of experiences in the psycho-legal context was: In what way can legal operators contribute to human rights in dignity vis-à-vis the migrant population as a fundamental pillar of legal psychology within the migratory context?, in addition, the information collection instruments were: The field diary, the evaluation of the training process, the session protocols and the DOFA Matrix.
