Abstract

The forced disappearance as a manifestation of the new war, is a research commitment that from the bibliographic analysis seeks to study a crime against humanity as it is the forced disappearance in the scenario of a contextual concept that are the new wars applied to the Colombian conflict, as a way of demonstrating the asymmetry in which it developed, the irregular characteristics of the actors confronted in the context of the conflict and the disproportion of armed actions, which seriously affected the civilian population that is today victim of impunity, the present Research seeks to highlight the seriousness of forced disappearance and the impact it generates on the humanity of victims through a theoretical analysis from an academic perspective.
