Implementación de la metodología de procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP) para el control y seguimiento de proyectos del centro de emprendimiento

Abstract

The social projection unit of the Santo Tomás University has as one of its main strategic lines for the promotion of the entrepreneurial culture of the Tomasina community the Center for Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Development (CEDE), whose unit is attached to the faculty of industrial engineering; which in the development of its exercise and since 2018 was in the need to hire a last semester student of industrial engineering to perform their business practices full time, but the high rotation of interns that over time were developing different activities and projects without established parameters or procedures generated that the data and results of these projects were scattered and disorganized making it difficult to control them, It is due to this need to document and subordinate the processes that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) methodology was implemented with their respective roadmaps and minutes of development of the services provided in the Entrepreneurship Center, this in order to have a correct traceability of the same, therefore, to achieve this objective the project was divided into 3 phases: diagnostic phase, design phase and implementation phase, finally obtaining 12 documents that were the roadmap to obtain a satisfactory result at the time of being tested in two real projects of the CEDE.
