| dc.description.abstract | The project to design a new option of the Productive Project alternative for the apprentices of SENA's virtual training was formulated from the need identified by the SENA’s department: “Grupo de Ejecución de la Formación”, since it was necessary to offer new options that would allow the apprentice to successfully reach the last learning result of his training in the Productive Stage. Due to the above and highlighting the importance of research, technological development and innovation projects and the recognition that SENA has gained, it was decided to design a framework to guide the execution of a R&D&i project for the apprentice. This project can be found in 12 chapters that have been used to illustrate the development process of the project through the Scrum framework, starting with the gathering of information, the determination of requirements, criteria and variables, the design, the development through the different Sprint, up to the validation and implementation of the framework through a microsite in the LMS used by SENA for its virtual training. At the same time, the Scrum processes used are described as well as their ceremonies and artifacts, until reaching the results, among which we highlight the approval for the implementation of a pilot application that culminated successfully certifying 25 apprentices, who developed Technological Surveillance and prototypes solving the needs of the productive field related to their training programs. | |
