Resumen
The improvement plan was generated based on the development of a cannibalization model, a model that has influenced the formation of strategic alliances for the 4 brands of Alsea Colombia: Starbucks, Archíes, P.F Changs and Dominos; the importance of this model lies in the decision making and strategic planning of Alsea Colombia guaranteeing the optimization of processes and therefore, efficiency.
From the description of the actors and areas involved, a model is built based on the analysis of deep data and sales projections of orders in the restaurants of Alsea Colombia, whose application begins on September 25th, with the objective of measuring the usefulness of strategic alliances carried out by the company, the application of the cannibalization model then constituted a methodology for the evaluation of the alliances in terms of efficiency.
In short, the model applied by the company generated clarity in the decision making process with the ultimate goal of optimizing processes and making a true strategic planning, thus achieving evidence of the real incremental sale (or number of orders) that the alliance was generating, or what is the same, a deep analysis of its efficiency, allowing to prioritize the alliances and focus efforts more accurately.
