Resumen
Pasar Express S.A.S. is a company in charge of the distribution of Amazon packages
nationwide through the express courier service. However, Colombia presented the challenge of
adapting to the fulfillment of delivery and customer satisfaction during the nationwide
demonstrations on April 28, 2021. Adapting the business risk plan, training all work areas to
achieve efficiency in the logistics chain and meeting the requirements of the Amazon customer.
The case research of the company Pasar Express was carried out in collaboration with the
General Manager of the company and the support through data and figures from the Ministry of
Transportation, the mayor's office of Bogota, company figures and the chamber of e-commerce.
In conclusion, the objective of this research is to explain what the logistic strategies are of Pasar
Express S.A.S. for the delivery of packages of its client Amazon during the national strike of
April 28, 2021. In the city of Bogota, considering the quality and efficient delivery policies that
Amazon has. Supporting the research with data and information from relevant entities during the
social outbreak from a logistical standpoint.
