Resumen
The main objective of this research is to analyze the strategies in both parents and professionals in the educational area for the management of adaptation in the preschool stage of children from the Espiritu Santo Bilingual School of Villavicencio. This research is inductive qualitative and is significantly based on the paradigm of complexity and interpretative methodology, since this allows us to know from each perspective and subjectivity of parents and educators of preschool children of the grade’s infants, Todlers and pre kinder, the different ways of coping and live an experiential stage of their children. As a strategy for analyzing the information, the systematization of experiences and observation grids will be used, which in turn will be nurtured by information collection instruments such as: interviews with parents and participant observation of the children who are protagonists during this study and systematization of experience. The categories that we analyze were school adaptation, emotional management, parenting styles, links and emotional strategies. The results show that overprotect parents tend to have not proper strategies for the adaptation versus parents that have a democratize parent style that stimulate the school adaptation.
