Resumen
The purpose of this project was to carry out a comparative analysis with different types of slab geometry, taking into account the dimensions proposed for the designs of the TransMilenio trunks and the TCPavements technology which proposes to reduce the dimensions of the slabs so that efforts are generated. minors in them.
Each of the dimensions that were proposed were affected by the current load configuration of a TransMilenio articulated bus in the most critical areas of the slabs, calculating the maximum traction forces. This work was carried out in five stages: first, an investigation and compilation of the design reports for the TransMilenio trunks were carried out, where the parameters used for the design of the concrete slabs were extracted from the applied methodology (PCA). The thinner and thicker slabs were chosen for the analysis in order to cover a wide range of designs.
Second, in accordance with the TCPavements methodology, slabs with more efficient dimensions were chosen to compare the stresses presented in them with those selected from the built design.
Third, according to the above, through the EVER-FE 2.24 Software, the modeling was carried out in accordance with the parameters established for the thicker and thinner slabs (taken from their respective design reports), which have had good operation in the system. TransMilenio, in such a way that the reduction in thickness that produces similar maximum stresses in short slabs could be evaluated.
Fourth, the expected behavior of the constructed (existing) slabs versus that of the slabs with the different theoretical geometric configurations was analyzed using the EVER-FE software.
Fifth, the results were analyzed, the corresponding conclusions were generated and pertinent recommendations were proposed about the short slabs.
