Habilidades de negociación y la estrecha relación con la innovación y el surgimiento de la industria 4.0 Brasil

Abstract

This work is based initially on historical data of the contextualization, development and growth of Brazil, the influence of the dictatorship and how this affected the communication and development of the country, the importance of religion and football in its economy, the detriment caused by corruption in aspects of international negotiation and the lack of commitment that the country projects in matters of compliance with agreements. Shows some data on investment in research and development in the country compared to others at the international level, emphasizing the importance of investing in this aspect. Conceptualises terms such as innovation, industry 4.0 and the relationship these have with impact on competitiveness in a company, exemplifies successful cases of application of innovation and industry 4.0 in companies and how these achieve greater competitiveness in the market. Exalts the commitment of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and Natura regarding the innovation processes that are incubated in the laboratories of each one of them and shows the close relationship of innovation with competitiveness in the market and society.
