Resumen
The circular economy is an economic model based on keeping materials and products in processes that can be reintegrated to produce a good and / or service after the end of their useful life. This is necessary to apply it in some areas such as vegetable oils since they are essential products in the daily preparation of food in establishments such as restaurants, hotels and homes, however, after use, oily waste is generated in large quantities, which do not have an adequate final disposal, which leads to water pollution. As these residues are thrown into sewers, it is difficult to remove them from water bodies. In the same way, in soils it also generates alterations such as erosion and loss of fertility. Based on the above, it is essential to create alternatives such as ventures that promote and boost said economy, which allows waste to be reincorporated into the production chain, generating economic and environmental benefits, thus creating additional value. Therefore, the purpose of this project was to develop a business plan for the production and commercialization of handmade body soap using recycled vegetable oils in the city of Tunja. The research was developed through the PESTEL analysis where it was possible to know the situation and potential of the market at the national, departmental and local levels, understanding the environment in general, in the same way, a SWOT analysis was elaborated which provided the identification and analysis of external and internal characteristics of the company. In addition, the business canvas model was carried out, which allowed to establish the main aspects that a business involves and its value proposition. Subsequently, the artisan soap was made using two kinds of recycled vegetable oils obtained from homes, where the quality of the product and the best conditions for it could be evaluated. Finally, an environmental analysis was carried out through the EPM matrix, an economic analysis through the equilibrium point, and a legal analysis through the current regulations for the structuring of a company. Finally, this project helped to propose friendlier practices that ensure sustainable development and allow a balance between economic growth, care for the environment and social welfare.
